The challenge was to make a historical event feel emotionally relevant and easy to understand for visitors of all ages. We started with deep research into the mission, archival photography and the cultural context surrounding the flight.
Using AI-generated imagery, we reimagined the famous canine astronauts and built a cinematic visual world around their journey. The focus was not on showcasing technology itself, but on using it as a creative medium to tell a compelling and accessible story.

This project became an exploration of how AI can help bring historical narratives to life through a new visual language while preserving their emotional depth and educational value.
Presented as part of Moscow 2030, the film was seen by more than 14 million forum visitors — from children discovering the story for the first time to older generations revisiting one of humanity’s defining achievements in space exploration.
Next projects.
