
Seven departments. Seven different directions. None of them talking the same visual language. The challenge wasn't only design, it was alignment. We needed to create a brand system strong enough to unite separate teams under one identity, without erasing what made each unit work.
We started with interviews across all 7 departments to understand how each team worked, what they communicated and to whom.









A team of 7 designers worked across every touchpoint - from UX/UI and typography to merch, office elements and external signage. The result was a complete brand system: unified communication materials for clients and partners, office pass cards, a design system for digital products, and a new website.
For the managing partners, the impact went beyond visuals. For the first time, 7 separate business units felt like one company moving in one direction. The team finally understood they were part of something bigger.
